Do you provide free in home estimates?
Yes, we provide in free in home estimates in a no-pressure sales environment. You can come pick out your flooring in our showroom or we can bring the samples to you. We will measure and walk you through the installation process and answer any questions you might have.
Are you a registered contractor?
Yes. Our Registrar of Contractors (ROC) number is 158368. Flooring is an investment. Never contract with an unlicensed company or individual.
Do you perform repairs on flooring that was not installed by Bentley Flooring?
Case by case basis. If it was installed within the past 2 years, we suggest the customer contact the entity that originally installed the product, as the installation should still be under warranty.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, our installers will move large furniture. Before the installers arrive, however, we ask the customer to move all small and personal items, remove linens/sheets from beds, and unplug electrical appliances and items.
Why don't you offer free or $79 installs like Lowes and Home Depot?
Because "free" isn't really free when your cost is just built into a higher, marked-up sales price for materials and shipping. Big-box stores offering "free" or low-cost installations are simply charging you more for the flooring product itself. What's more, large companies do not retain skilled tradesmen over the long term.
